I just had the same thing happen. Tried to change my password and all of a sudden i can't get into my email through Windows Live mail. Had support remotely control my computer to make sure all the settings were correct and they were-- still doesn't work. And now can't get my bellsouth email on my phone either-- I hadn't touched the settings on that. They said it was my computer or something with Windows live that wasn't letting it accept the 'new' password-- the password hadn't been changed! Then only other option they gave me was to pay $50 for more tech support. i have tried all the possible setting including SSL and non SSL but it won't let me go back to what used to work. It sounds like I am not alone and that it is not my computer but this is frustrating-- I have had bellsouth for years and never had any problem like this. Has anyone found anything to help?
