At&t has inconsistent coverage and unreliable dsl in central Arkansas. My neighborhood has dsl (which actually doesn't even work) on one side and absolutely nothing on the other side. At&t appears to have no plans to start updating equipment even though the equipment needs to be replaced. Considering that most of the population in Arkansas is concentrated in Pulaski county, I had assumed At&t's internet services would be more widely available at this point.  If they did not have a monopoly on landlines then At&t would have gone out of business years ago. I hope that At&t would begin to respect their customers and start providing quality service that customers have been begging them for for years.
