Chat rep lied to me

Hi. I signed up for ATT service on 8/5/11. The chat rep offered me a $75 dollar cash back offer in addition to the two promo VISA cards offered for new customers. I have the chat printed out. I received my two VISAs but the 75 stayed in pending status. After 6 weeks, I called the number and the rep said that it didn't process and she would reset it. It would take another 6 weeks. I waited and it still never processed so I called back and was told the chat rep lied and it wasn't valid. I spoke to a supervisor and she said that the first girl was new, sorry for misinformation, she would give me a $50 VISA but anything above that would have to come from customer service. I have tried calling but I work and the line is shut down by the time I leave work and chat hasn't been available, also, since I was lied to by a chat rep, I'm not feeling very trusting at this point. I have received my $50 gift card, finally, but I am still owed $25 and I would like to have my bill credited, which I think is fair. Still waiting to hear back from ATT. Four months to try and get what I was promised.
