I recently purchased a Samsung Doubletime through a Groupon deal and was told it would be unlocked and available to use on any network on arrival. Unfortuneately this was not the case and the phone is still "network locked." I was wondering if AT&T ever releases the unlock codes for these phones (even if there is a fee involved to acquire it). I have looked at third party options online but do not feel comfortable releasing my financhial information to any of the services. Any help that could be provided would be greatly appreciated.
