Access Sim Card/Phone Through AT & T Online Account

My daugher misplaced her phone, and before it goes dead, she wants to get all the info off the phone into the AT & T Address Book online.  Can I access the phone to get the sim card/phone info while I am logged into my AT & T account?  if so, how?  Thank you.

You can't get any data off the phone without the phone in hand unless it's a smartphone and she has a backup of it.
