Discount
I work for Cox and receive a discount on my monthly bill. I called and they informed me to go to wireless.att.com/discount However this is not a valid site. Any ideas? I would like to start receiving the discount asap!

You are free to go.

I really don't understand all the carping.  I've been with AT&T in one iteration or another for over 7 years... sure stuff is sometimes confusing and even on occasion, frustrating... but the constant complaining about how difficult stuff is, or why doesn't 'that' work... I say, go to a different provider already - for your sake.  Life is too stinking short to whine about every little thing.  Put on your big boy pants and make the tough decision.

Ok, I am done ranting now...

It's not that difficult to get your employee discount.  All it takes is a visit/phone call to your employer's HR department.  Those discounts have been negotiated as an employee benefit and HR will have the FAN -- along with the particulars of the discount available.

Now, @ Fone Junkie -- AMEN!!  It's time people start developing critical thinking skills instead of blaming everything that goes wrong in their life on everybody else.

Now, I'm done. . . :smileyindifferent:
