We have had trouble with our service since January 1/31. The TV will drop out to blue screen saying we have lost service anywhere from 5 to 35 times in a half hour show. We have had two different inside techs who have cleared the inside of the house now 5 times. We have had two outside line guys who say it isn't their problem and is now sending back the inside guys. Why cannot the two guys come together instead of putting us in the middle? I have been a long time supporting fan of your service and have switched many people in our area to you, but after the inside guy comes today and tells us its the outside guy I will no longer be a fan.
