Hi, just wanted to give an update. Unfortunately I'm still having problems with the lights being off and not being able to access the gateway's default address. I think the other address I can access is the i3812V since it was listed as the model number on the settings page. I know for sure we don't have another router anywhere. Everything connected to the i3812V (all various data cables) goes to a tv or the main computer and looks ok. Factory reset on the gateway didn't change anything. I'm running out of ideas to try and fix the problem. Would some network setting on my computer cause this kind of problem? At this point I'm feeling like this has to be the issue...
