You are good, out of all the replies in this thread only 1 employee has responded and that was "AnnB1211 Employee" and Ann said "So, you want to cancel service because of the hurricane?".. no other person posting in here is a AT&T employee, but hey what do we know. now the question is this, if you have cancelled and gone to another carrier and hate AT&T soo much why are you becoming a public speaker for AT&T and providing so much publication for them, you can go to the Verizon forums and praise be to the cell phone higher ups there since they are your new carrier. AT&T's return policy has changed effective 10/07/12. You have 14 days to return the device & cxl without a ETF. Policy info HERE.
