So I take it you must work for ATT? ATT has horrible customer service. It's not just my opinion. Look at these blogs. I read them. I demand good customer service and I guess you don't . I did not refuse to read anything, but listened to everything they told me. When something like this happens to you, NO sympathy from me or anyone for that matter. All of this will rear its ugly head with AT&T one day and sooin. Just wait and watch.
