The only times I've heard of them calling customers back is when a customer rates them the lowest, a 1. They sometimes call back to see if there is anything else the customer needs or why it was a 1. My friend got a 1, but when they called the customer, the customer said she meant to give him a 10 instead of a 1. I have not heard of them calling customers for incomplete surveys. Maybe someone else may have more info on this.

Hey everyone, just wanted to say that I think I got the answer. I called AT&T Wireless Customer Care back around noon today and got a great CSR. I told her the story, and that I just wondered why AT&T called, etc. She looked it up and said that she did see that a survey call had been made to our home phone number on the date I gave her (a few days ago), so I guess that takes care of that. I assumed that's what is was, but was just wondering. A few days ago when I called back the same evening that we had received the call, the CSR then didn't see any survey calls etc. but maybe they didn't know how to look or maybe it had not had time to get in the system yet or something. But anyway, today the CSR said that indeed a survey call had been placed to our home number on that particular day. So thanks everyone for your help. I personally think ATT has great customer service; over the years they have always been nice, friendly, and helpful whenever I've called. That is very much appreciated :-)
