finaly someone who realizes that the BBB ratings can be bought and sold - both excellent rating and poor ratings. They have a worse reputation then consumer reports does for accuracy. Funny how people depend on their ratings and "rulings" since the BB has absolutely no power to enforce anything and only send a grovel letter to the "offending" company.
