Wow, that is horrible that happened to you! It's ashame that several people always ruin a company's image. But I know where you're at, there's always those kinds of employees who work with customers and just don't care about them.
I'm sorry you had such a bad experience for such a simple task. Normally putting in for a port request takes mins, and here it took you an hour. Hopefully at&t will "step up to the plate" for you.
