Ordering Samsung Skyrocket by Phone ? (no order confirmati on or email)

Hi, i recently called att to place an order for a new phone. The sales rep was very polite and provided good information. I called on Saturday 12-31-11 in the morning. the sales rep told me the order went through and I can also see in my bank statement that a certain amount of funds are on hold and pending. The thing is, the sales rep did not provide me with any confirmation number over the phone, all he told me was that I should receive an email with term and conditions and I must agree to the terms by Monday after which is today. Havent recieved any email, been checking all my spam folders and such but still no luck and its been two days. I chatted online with a att rep and they told they were not able to locate anything
should i be worried? The original person i talked to over the phone told me my phone will be shipped monday with 2 days fedex shipping and recieve it Wenesday but I cant find any records of my recent purchase except for the pending funds in my bank.
