Customer Retention Didn't Call back.

I went to cancel my Uverse and a sales rep said theyw ere giving me a great package for $130/mo -- HD/Internet.


I went ot pay my bill today and saw that it was $130 + $50 for internet.


After 45 minutes of being transferred around, the call dropped (ATT phone service). 


I can't believe the Customer Retention Center is not calling me back . We're going on an hour now trying to settle this.
