I ordered Uverse 200 & Elite internet at $74 bundle price ended up being billed for full retail price of $154. it took 40 minutes on the phone to get it fixed and I didn't get my original bundle honored instead I am signed up for a new bundle at $75 a month ( and my contract in extended from todays date) . What is AT&T going to do to compensate me for all the trouble I went through to fix their billing screw up?
Sounds like you get a discounted rate for 1 year plus the time you had already had Uverse prior to calling in, instead of just 1 year like most customers.
