Yahoo ATT email troubles?

Is anybody else having trouble with their Yahoo/ATT email today? I was on the phone for 88 minutes (I know!) this morning, being sent from person to person to person. Most of them knew less about email than I did. In fact, about 60 minutes in, one rep told me that she was "testing the line." This was after I explained that I am receiving but cannot send email, all my browsers work, I got a "your account may have been hacked" message, I had changed my password ... and she is going to test the line? Someone told me that it was a Yahoo problem and that it would take 24 hours to resolve. (Arbitrary? Or just guessing?) Eventually, they just "disconnected" me.
So that's how I'm spending my work day. Anybody else?
