I'm glad to hear that we are not the only household that this is happening to. We have experienced the exact same problems with both Modern Family and Castle. I assume this is a problem on ATT's part and not the ABC network. Otherwise, I'm sure we would have heard far more flak about it. I read one forum that suggested a solution in the language settings in the U-verse options menu. Unfortunately, I found no viable solution there. I will be interested to see just how many people are affected and what, if any, actions are taken to correct this.
