I too run into issues with Rewards. I now know that it is always good to have anybody to send you an email immediately after your conversation with ANY utility agent to summarize details of what was discussed.
HOWEVER, I always make it a habbit to pay bills in FULL on time regardless of what the issues are, OR, I'd call the company first to make sure that I will indeed get credits and I wait for them to tell what the amount I need to pay. This way, the agent will then input in their billing system what amount is due and when. If you don't do this, the billing system will automatically charge you FEEs for not paying the right amount on time becuase they are designed to do just that UNLESS a person or an agent for the company inputs a different info. This is true for all companies who sends you invoice/bills monthly.
My rewards issues have been resolved and I am very satisfied with the resolution.
