Change Caller Id Name after switching from Att to new carrier Boost Infinite

My wife and I divorced and I switched carriers to Boost Infinite. Our Att account was in her name. Now when I call out, my caller ID name shows as her name. Boost Infinite says they can't fix, it has to be done by ATT. When I call ATT, they won't help me because I don't have an account setup.

New iphones stolen

I added a new account in att on 04/21/2024 with 5 new lines. I supposed to get 5 new phones from att through fedex today. Fedex tracking shows delivered but it is not. Delivery time is 2:10pm and i checked it around 2:25pm and its not there. I created fedex case but they closed it. No one lives here
