Hello I'm posting here because I couldn't find any customer service email addresses.

I applied for an unlock on my iPhone 4, but got denied. I was under my parents' family plan so I filled out my social security number (now I'm thinking I should've put my parents ssn) but I put the right former AT&T phone number and IMEI number as well.

I haven't been able to use my iPhone for about a year now. Can someone help me out?
