Really?  I ordered on Oct 8th too, but still in back order.  I thought the Oct 4th orders were just getting started.  Does that mean some 5th, 6th, and 7th orders are already coming off back order or are you just that much luckier?    How did you order yours?  ATT store, Apple store, or from the web?
