Add another dissatisfied customer. Have called AT&T twice and Apple twice all to no avail. Two iPhone 4S's in the house both ios6. One is going through data as others describe and one is not. Please fix!  My experience - 980MB in three days after iOS 6 upgrade where prior year usage was ~250MB per month.
