Syncing problem

I have a problem that I've been experiencing since I got my new iPhone.

When I makes changes to my 'notes' on iPhone, the changes don't occur on my computer after an iTunes sync. If I make changes onto the desktop, they sync over then.

What am I doing wrong or how do I change this? I even looked in the advance section of iTunes to make sure nothing was checked there. I want to make sure I can make changes onto my iPhone and they be reflected in my outlook notes because my iPhone is what I use most.

Any help would be appreciated.

Are you sycing to a mac or PC?  What program are you trying to sync to?
