I am iun the same boat Ordered on 14th. Order date is the 18th. 
Still no backorder update.
I do not want to got o the apple store and get 2 new lines and new number then when I get my phones to return them to att. If they are such screw ups up untill now. I dont want to know what else can go wrong by opening 2 new lines..
