My son called 611 and the young lady said she never heard of the problem and wasn't sure what to do. So she conferenced in a Nokia rep and they had a good discussion. She had to make some changes on her end. My son is rounding up a couple friends to send him a group text to test it. They're in the middle of mid-terms so I may not hear back from him until tomorrow. I'll let you know whether it works or not. Either way, the AT&T rep gets an "A" for effort!
