I understand how you feel exactly what they did to me crazy!!!this is my first time ever posting so i here to spill out all how i feel, I first had the Galaxy express great phone i was up for my new upgrade well i was way pass my upgrade my phone was actually on life support but I loved it which was at the time the new HTC Droid phone. Well I was having problems with the Galaxy express and I called to ask about it through customer care and they stated wasn't one of their new phones so inquired about the Windows HTC 8 phone they said o this phone you are going to love its really nice has great features blah blah, I went to exchange the galaxy express droid phone for a windows HTC 8 phone, well the problems were worse, I do not have the automatic navigation, can separated my calls incoming from outgoing or missed, got a text message stating in 3 days i used 64% data when I have never ever in the 4+ years i have been with att never went over my usage, i called att for help well i got brushed off stating they can only put me through warranty to get the phone changed why offer the customer a better phone and instead of them going back in forth for over and Hour why not really help the customer it is really sad the way customer service is today with the way the Use of service for the phones and the amount of money we as the customer spend per year for our monthly you would think they would have the top of the line customer service I never even got to speak with warranty because guess what it was over and hour already and we were disconnected you think i got a call back when knowing i even spoke with a "supervisor" or team lead or manager not sure of title but his response to the entire problem was it is a fair deal you can use the warranty program (really shaking my head) or in the texting world (shm) that is a fair deal it should be sure you can return the phone "the new phone" no problem how can we help how can we satisfy you since we are going to suck you for more money the next 2 yrs you will stay committed to us.
