I've had a Windows Phone since launch. I used to get my ringback tones from the AT&T app center, but now it gives a message that isn't useful at all, except to tell me that I can no longer download them from there for WP devices and to check the AT&T apps marketplace on my phone. I already checked, and there's nothing for ringback tones on there. How am I supposed to download them now?
