Order Receicved email followed by an Order Cancelled email in ONE minite

I ordered a Galaxy Note 2 today and received a comfirmation email contained my web order number. However an email followed in one minite said my order had been cancelled. So I went to https://www.wireless.att.com/business/order_status/ to check my order statue but it said  on Processing. I'm so confused and it is not the first time this kind of thing happened to me. Just a couple of days before (Oct 23) I ordered a Galaxy S3 from your website and then received an Order Cancelled email in few minutes and now in your website it still says ON PROCESSING!

So is there anyone can tell me what's going on?

You should call customer service and find out, 1-800-331-0500. It might be saying processing, but there might be a problem with your order that requires resolution. Don't guess, just give them a call and ask.

I'm having the same problem. No one can help you, they're going to just try and find you a store to buy it at on release day. I've beentrying for two days now, and over 10 order attempts.
