WHERE IS MY IPHONE PRE-ORDER!! FALSELY SELLING AND PROMISING LIES TO YOUR CUSTOMER..

LIKE A LOT OF OTHERS.... I'VE PRE-ORDERED MY IPHONE 5 ON THE DAY OF PRE-ORDER LAUNCH. I PRE-ORDERED THE NEW IPHONE DIRECTLY AT MY LOCAL AT&T STORE TO SAVE MYSELF THE CONFUSION, I ALSO REQUESTED TO HAVE IT SHIPPED TO THE SAME ATT STORE LOCATION. I WAS TOLD I WOULD RECEIVE MY NEW IPHONE PURCHASE / UPGRADE ON LAUNCH DAY. I WAS ALSO TOLD THAT MY CREDIT CARD WOULD BE CHARGED AS SOON AS IT SHIPS, ASSUMING IT WOULD SHIP SAME DAY OR NEXT FEW DAYS... A FEW DAYS LATER I RECEIVED AN EMAIL STATING MY ORDER WOULD SHIP IN 14-21 DAYS..  IF I KNEW IT WOULD TAKE 2-3 WEEKS TO RECEIVE MY ORDER I WOULDN'T HAVE PLACE IT WITH AT&T.  YOU HAVE COMPLETELY FAILED ME ON SERVICE.

 

SOMEONE PLEASE TELL ME WHAT THE DEFINITION OF "PRE-ORDER" IS? AND WHY IS AT&T SELLING THE NEW IPHONE AT A FIRST COME BASIS ON LAUNCH DAY WHEN SOME CUSTOMERS HAVE ALREADY PRE-ORDERED THROUGH THEM? HOW IS THAT A PRE-ORDER!!!!... NOW KNOWING THAT THE IPHONE IS ON BACK ORDER (HAVING TO FIND OUT JUST DAYS BEFORE LAUNCH) IM STUCK WITH MY OLD JANKY PHONE, WITH A NEW 2 YEAR AGREEMENT ALREADY EFFECTIVE. I THINK AT&T NEEDS TO INFORM THEIR OWN WORKERS OF THEIR OWN POLICY AND PLANS.... IT SEEMS LIKE NO ONE KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT OR EVEN DOING... BUNCH OF AMATEURS. I AM A VERY DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER DUE TO THE FACT ATT IS FALSELY ADVERTISING PURCHASE OF THE NEW IPHONE AS THEY HAVE IN STOCK....

BEST BUY ACTUALLY FULFILLED THE DEFINITION OF PRE-ORDER!!!!.... MY BROTHER WHO WAS SMART AND PRE-ORDERED THROUGH BEST BUY ACTUALLY RECEIVED HIS PURCHASE AS PROMISED ON LAUNCH DAY. BEST BUY ACTUALLY CONTACTED MY BROTHER TO ARRANGE A TIME TO PICK UP HIS PRE-ORDER.....

 

WHAT DOES ATT HAVE TO SAVE FOR THEMSELVES.... PROBABLY NOTING SINCE ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS $$$... CUSTOMER COMES LAST IN THEIR POLICY... CONTRACTS, MONEY COMES FIRST ACCORDING TO THEM....!!!
