Auto pay withdrawn twice

My payment was withdrawn from my bank account on 10/7/12 for 182.68. This morning it was withdrawn again with the same reference number for the same amount. When I called customer care the person obviously didn't understand English enough to know what I was saying, and just kept letting me know that I had no balance due and that my bill was auto withdrawn on 10/7/12. He was so kind as to even email me to let me know that. Absolutely no help. A half hour on the phone with him and he never once listened to me enough to even understand what my problem was. Is there a way that I can somehow get my 182.68 back?

AT&T's return policy has changed effective 10/07/12. You have 14 days to return the device & cxl without a ETF. Policy info HERE.
