Totally disagree, At&t has the best customer service out there. IF there is a problem they will fix it and if they don't then that says something about your attitude. Phones are always the newest and best on the market and over all offer the best choice of plans with the major carriers. It sounds as though you had a bad a experience and want to troll instead of looking at the whole situation and what you did wrong.
