Now that's an all-time low. Why would you give a customer that kind of advice? AT&T had better enjoy this ride while they can. I can foresee a huge exodus of customers after this messy ordeal. It would be nice to receive some sort of reassurance that one of their goals is to vastly improve customer satisfaction. They tell us that "rethink possible" in their adds. They need to rethink their customer service.
