Just went to the my local att store. And while we were trying to resolve this. The associate helping me had a one x and his updated while we're trying to get to go. So I get to see one be updated. Then we called the tech support for the store and the lady on the phone said that it's based off of the imei number. So I don't know if that helps at all. I still haven't gotten a update. Really mad about it. I'm in West Texas. We tried everything except factory reset. Even killed every task. If anyone knows anything else let me know.
