first, let me say that it's nice to see you ATT rep roaming these boards and at least offering to help with billing problems.  however, can you provide any updates of any kind regarding the potential software updates for the HTC One X?  I'm not asking for a date, just anything...can you confirm you are testing or plan to at some point?  have you even heard of the update?  at what point would you let customers know?  why does the company refuse to provide their customers with even a hint of feedback on these technical questions?
