Absolutely, and thats their business plan and thats fine. I suppose the best we can hope for is that they take customer considerations to mind and adapt over time. They aren't too large a company that they can't do themselves in. I anticipate no immediate change but they may not have an option down the road when satisfaction rating continue to absolutely bottom out and customers free themselves of contracts and leave. It's simply inevitable. Look at what happened to sprint.
