called AT&T multiple times and they said that they couldn't replace phone because it has a dent on the upper left blue bezel. My LED indicator stopped working a little over a month after I got it in Oct. The beg of Dec. the  LED does even flash when I get notifications nor when it chargers. I know its only a small probably but I want this feature because I actually liked it what can i do? I am not paying $199 for a brand new phone when clearly its a fault with this refurbished phone.
