Why does everyone black out there tracking number? Its not like your address is on it. JW. My other question is for those of you who bought with no Contract. Why wouldn't you buy from Samsung so you don't get the dumb AT&T logo on the battery cover and all the Bloatware on the phone, seems dumb. 

My note 2 is missing! Tracking said its delivered in front of our house but its not there !! ((

What time was it marked as delivered?, it might have been marked as delivered when the fedex man entered your neighborhood and he might not have gotten to you yet.  Did you check any back or side doors at your house? Also (if you live in an apartment complex) check the front ofice or something. 

 

If none of those apply to you, I would call up fedex ASAP, and AT&T right after. 

I called fed ex and the courier said he delivered it in front of the house.. I looked everywhere even in our neighborhood but to no avail

Ouch. Call AT&T immediately and tell them what is up. 

So today I track my package and see that it's "Out for delivery" around 8:35 am.  It is 3:30 pm and I am still not getting anything.  Usualy the mailman comes around 12:00 pm but today nothing.  I am seeing online that a lot of people have problem with USPS.  They also complain about how USPS says out for delivery and never actualy delivers at all or they get it the next day.  This sucks since I was very excited to get the phone today.

They put boxes anywhere they think you can find it,look around pillars and what not or some a hole neighbor probably took it.i hope you have positive news soon.also where do you live im waiting in cali hopeing i get it one day early

Ive been thru a lot of trouble with this phone.I upgraded ti iphone 5 but not happy with it so I returned it to best buy on the 20th day but they won't take it back coz att just change d their return policy to 15 days.they we 're rude to me, said that if I didn't liked it I should have returned it the next day.I said my contract said I have 30 days to cancel.they said the contract niw invalid.I went tru att and bestbuy back and forth to insist and prove my point. Finally an att rep helped me cancel the upgrade and let me order over the phone .he gave me a big discount , waived activation fee and free overnight shipping which is too good to be true. I was so happy last night , didn't sleep till 3, woke up at 7 ciz ive been tracking my delivery .I was gone for 15 mins and my phone was lost!!

This is just a phone...I think I would be on the phone with ATT and your delivery people and try to track this package. They are responsible for the package, and it probably just got delivered to the wrong location. When whoever has it fires it up on the network, they will be able to track it or at least shut it down and send you a new one.

I had a FedEx person keep my phone with him because i wasnt home, he made my phone his last delivery which was like 7:00pm hopeful that I would be home. That was nice of him as he didnt want to leave phone on porch. Maybe this is your case even though it marked delivered.

Anyone one from California get there phone yet?

I called fed ex , they were not nice, said its att s fault since they did not ask for signature.. . But i think fed ex dropped it on the wrong house. The way they described it! It was left on the fron door.. He said it was on the end unit off the Biggs rd. i am  near biggs rd but im on the right side.im still waiting for yhem to call me.

Yea, make the FedEx driver show you exactly where he dropped it off at. Because if its the wrong door, you can ask the person living there.

Good advice Android, that also brings in some liability towards FedEx for mistakeningly delivering it to the wrong address.  If he says he did deliver it to your house and no package is found I would be skeptical of if you have some sketchy neighbors, or of the FedEx driver himself.

Yea FedEx is liable if the dummy cant read and dropped it off at the wrong residence. If he did, ask the person living there. Now if he did deliver to your residence, then you got shady neighbors and ATT is at fault for the "no signature required" for expensive cell phone.

But don't let the fedex driver meet you at your home, have him meet you on your street somewhere, otherwise he'll just say he dropped it at your house even if he didn't. 

Earlier i went to a neighbor and asked if he saw a fedex truck .he said he didnt. Around 5 pm, he called me said he just saw fed ex truck .i went down, still no package. He didnt knock at my house.This is after i called them about the missing delivery. Hmmm ..very mysterious.

 

I would already be on the phone with AT&T, there choice of delivery, there phone, they need to shutdown that phone and have them send you another one out immediately. Because ultimately you shouldn't have to go hunt down a 300 phone for FedEx and AT&T mess up. If the FedEx guy stole it, he wont admit it. If the neighbor or resident took it they wont admit it. So I would just go through AT&T and have them send you another one, not worth the time fighting with FedEx because they have so many rules and procedures with insurance by the time they are done the Galaxy Note 5 will be out.

I agree.. I had enough with fedex.this is way too much stress for me.im supposed to be enjoying my new toy by now but fedex spoiled it.on the bright side..im happy to tell you that my husbdand just spoke with att,they will give me a new  phone. I guess im back to the waiting game again.. "order processing"  .he asked if we can just pick it up from the store,rep said it will be delivered. I hope its not fedex! 

So bummed.  I won't get my phone until Monday :-(.  At least it doesn't say processing anymore.

Most likely tuesday...veterans day is sunday...which means it is also monday.

Nope, I havent got charged either. Maybe its free seeing all the trouble AT&T put us through, lol.

Probably will come out tonight.

Gotcha, i just though it was weird, or maybe they were charging it to my phone bill.

This whole thing has been a debacle. I do not understand (as a manager of support teams, and QA teams) how a company can survive when they have such clueless people working for them.

everyone seems to think that AT&T repackaged the note and "stole" the ear buds, clearly nit the case, their contract must not have included ear buds, the SG3 was the only att phone not to be in their orange and white case, I get why everyone is upset to not get ear buds abs that fancy iPhone box but it is what it is, to think it's done conspiracy is ludicrous

Man, ATT is AWESOME! Preordered it via Premier Today (11/8/2012) at 2pm, checked back at 9pm, the item is already shipped! with Overnight delivery, I'm getting it tomorrow! YOU ROCK AT&T!
