My daughter has that tone for her notifications.
Go into settings >sounds>ringtones and notifications. You should see phone ring tone and default notification. Under notification, it will show what tone is being used.
Now, if you only get the tone when you get a text, you'll have to open text settings and change it there. Or if it is only when you get emails, open your email app and go into settings there.
Let us know if you figure it out or if you need more help.
