I just switched to AT&T and I came across this forum and I have never heard of this before. Is the service really so bad that oyu have to buy a Microcell box in order to get service. Even tho I dont have my phone yet I talked to a dozen of my friends who live 1-2 hours away in every direction that told me they never had a problem with AT&T but looking at your facebook page it shows that AT&T possibly was a bad choice to move to.

I am worried about service now thanks to the facebook page and I really hope my service is great so i dont have to leave or buy this cell

As Budule stated. the MicroCell is designed only for areas where the reception is spotty or non-existent. It's not without  issues and some have had a difficult time with reliability, others have had no issues at all. No carrier is perfect with any of them having really good coverage or poor coverage depending on where you live. I live in the heart of Silicon Valley and you'd think we'd have great coverage by AT&T/Verizon practically no matter where you live but that's not the case. It can depend on what kind of "deal" AT&T/Verizon have made with each other as to tower location etc, among other things. And I wouldn't exactly consider FaceBook a totally reliable and un-biased source of information. As they say, YMMV.
