I installed my microcell 4 months ago and it worked great. Not one problem......then 2 weeks ago I still maintain internet connection but my microcell device indicator started blinking and I lost the boost for my phone. Took it back and replaced it. Installed, waited and same thing happened with the new one. One week later, over 6 hours of phone calls and advice and suggestions from tech support...........nothing. I was told to un register it and then re- register. Now I have an error message that says att does not have authority to be at my location and it won't register. How can that happen? Any advice out there? JR
