I have been having the same problem for several weeks now. There will be huge gaps of info in usage. And some numbers are definitely omitted. Over time I have found that at&t does a poor job of managing their website.

it was good for a while, now at its worst, online usage ommtiiting three or four text numbers, including my own! why did they have to "fix" something tht worked fine.

The problem persists this morning. First at&t wants you to drop paper billing and get your bill info online. Then they don't maintain their site so that you can actually see info from your account. Very poor site management from at&t.

I've been researching this issue but haven't seen anything that explains why you're seeing this behavior. I checked my account and I don't see any missing numbers.
I'm going to do some additional work on this and will update the thread when I have new info.

I am having same problem. My number doesn't show up on usage summary on my kids' phone numbers! And i can check my phone and see when I txtd and check usage and it's not on there... and i don't mean right away because I know there's a delay but next day or days later.
