text not updating, some completely omitted

past week since before xmas, some numbers dont show up at all in text usage, and this is days later!

I have been having the same problem for several weeks now. There will be huge gaps of info in usage. And some numbers are definitely omitted. Over time I have found that at&t does a poor job of managing their website.

it was good for a while, now at its worst, online usage ommtiiting three or four text numbers, including my own! why did they have to "fix" something tht worked fine.

still, not updating, no sense in having online viewing of your account if its not accurate.i can understand a day or two, but over a week?

The problem persists this morning. First at&t wants you to drop paper billing and get your bill info online. Then they don't maintain their site so that you can actually see info from your account. Very poor site management from at&t.

You are correct. New billing cycle and no info. Of late only a few numbers even show up in usage. And there will be huge gaps in usage. At&t is so incompetent.

what happened to this company that what once worked does not anymore. is this " improving" the website? if so, please " unimprove".

please att goback to when your online access actually worked and listed usage accurately. my account doesnt even list texts from my own phone or my wifes!

Hey all,
I've been researching this issue but haven't seen anything that explains why you're seeing this behavior. I checked my account and I don't see any missing numbers.
I'm going to do some additional work on this and will update the thread when I have new info.

I am having same problem. My number doesn't show up on usage summary on my kids' phone numbers! And i can check my phone and see when I txtd and check usage and it's not on there... and i don't mean right away because I know there's a delay but next day or days later.
