Hello I am need of your help. My phone is requesting a puk number. pin code was entered incorrectly. How do I get it? I need to be in contact with my kids! Please help!

You can either obtain the information online here at this site (I think by logging into your account) or by calling customer service, which is 611 from your cell. Once connected with a representative, tell them about your issue and request the PUK code. They will be able to provide you the code that will unlock your SIM/phone.
