c905a Custom Menu icons?

I cannot seem to get custom menus in themes to work on my C905a, I have downloaded quite a few that have custom menus and none work. The rest of the theme works, just not on the custom icons on the main menu, or selectors on the main menu. For example I purchased the cube theme from the AT&T store; the theme works except it is supposed to show a custom green cube as a selector for the main menu. How can I get custom icons and selectors for the main menu? I already contacted Sony and they said it maybe something the provider (AT&T) turned off, how can I turn this feature back on? Does anyone have this problem with their C905a?
