Another thing AT&T. Is it really a good idea to display "refurbished" phones so prominantly in your phone shopping area of your website? Shouldn't you add a link to refurbs? Sure is a lot of them. Looks like you are in the used phone biz. I'm just saying!

I don't see why not. Some people look for refurbished phones. I don't think it makes ATT look bad in anyway.

I agree, refurbished phones usualy have the latest software and such installed, other than price the only difference is the warranty that comes with the phone which is 90 days instead of 1 year.

AT&T's return policy has changed effective 10/07/12. You have 14 days to return the device & cxl without a ETF. Policy info HERE.
