Wifi doesn't work on my Titan II after switching to shared data plan.

I changed my data plan to shared and ever since, my wifi on my Titan II will not work properly unless I turn off the cellular data connection. For instance, I cannot download podcasts, they show "attention required", until I turn the cellular data connection off.

It worked perfectly before I changed from my previous family plan. What gives. It is a pain and should not work like this.
