WHY CAN'T I GET ANY HELP HERE.????? ???????

I purchased a mifi liberate to geet the new technoligy and icant get a simple answer. I have my laptop running on librtate but my HP pavillion 750n wont recognize it exists. I can run verizons mifi the mifi2200 and it connects right up to my computer but it has problems shutting down all the time or freezing up. not i spent the money for a newer mifi wifi it does not work , so If I cant get any help you are goint to loose a customer,I have my 2 cells my internet home phone with you and its all going by by if I dont get help in 1 day, this is rediculas, you are tech guys this is what you do for a living so help me or I leave the
