I was extremely excited to get this phone, but then when I received it in less than a month it began to mess up. It randomly Shuts down At least 6 times a day, Calls are complicated sometimes and things just don't work correctly. It is very durable and easy to use. Sadly those are the only good things I can say about it. I've had the phone since November 2009 and its currently May 2010. I can see that I am not the only one having this problem by doing research [looking at the forums and Yahoo answers and even customer reviews of the phone on this very website. I would like A new phone considering this one is screwed up but not another Lg|Neon. Another phone all together. What do I do to be able to get one at a fair price and etc.?

I have that same phone on a prepaid plan so to get a better phone for an okay price i'm getting a plan. That's the only way that I could find to do what you are looking to do. If you already have a plan you'll probably either have to wait for it to end or pay full price for a new one. Maybe if you still have a warrenty they'll replace it for shutting off so often?

I've had mine since Christmas, and now I'm already looking into buying a new one. ![]()

I'm ABout to get a blackberry But I really do not want to wait for upgrades cause that's in months.. What do I do in this situation? I don't expect to get a blackberry for free but I also do not expect to pay full price for one because I was sold a phone that's all screwed up. What do I do in my situation? Am I expected to pay full price because At&t Screwed up??
To be a bit more accurate Im planning on getting the blackberry Bold [tm] 9700 (Black with Trackpad) Anyways IM hoping that An AT&T Expert will take a look at this forum and tell me what needs to be done. [ I already am on a family plan]

Another thing that bugs me is that I've Looked and researched this and I know I'm not the only one. I've gone throught forums, google, Wiki answers and Yahoo answers they All Talk about how messed up this thing is so Why doesnt At&t Just fix it or stop selling it cause now people have warranties and Etc. Arent they technically losing money? Or are they secretly giving us Refurbished versions. Lol something to think about..
