Strange calls with only a female computer generated voice saying "goodbye"?

I've been getting these calls lately and when I answer I hear a couple seconds of silence and then a female computer generated voice saying "goodbye". Does anyone know where this call is coming from? And am I at risk for answer that call?

Check the number through whocalledme.us ( I think that may not be corrct, just enter the number into yahoo.com or google.com, and will get a return result of others getting the same numbers).
