If AT&T gave my phone number to a new customer and deactivated my SIM card and now they are trying to charge me $25 for a new SIM card, I believe I am entitled to a free sim card being that I already have a sim card and at&t are the ones that deactivated. What do I do about this issue? I have also purchased prepaid minutes and data that i cant use cause my phone can't be activated. I'also paid a near 200$ on the phone itself. I appreciate any input
